GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Downtown San Angelo hosted a Downtown Stroll celebrating local first responders and military personnel at the corner of South Oakes St. and Concho Ave. April 20.

The Goodfellow Joint Service Color Guard presented the colors and Col. Michael Downs, 17th Training Wing commander, provided a few words, during the event.
