Goodfellow Air Force Base Exchange introduces the Exchange Buddy List

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Army and Air Force Exchange Service strives to make it easy for shoppers to exercise their benefits on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, Feb. 18.

That’s why the base Exchange brings exclusive offers directly to shoppers’ inboxes every week when they sign up for the Exchange Buddy List. Shoppers who sign up will be among the first to find out about exclusive savings, promotions, events and special offers at the Exchange.

“Shoppers shouldn’t have to hunt to find information on promotions and events at the Exchange,” said Teresita Williams, Exchange general manager. “That’s why we provide a way for them to get the latest deals, direct from the source, with a minimum of fuss. Just sign up on our secure website and start getting weekly updates.”

The Buddy List delivers emails about worldwide and local promotions to approximately 134,000 authorized Exchange shoppers. Customers interested in receiving these messages can sign up at the Exchange.

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service goes where Soldiers, Airmen and their families go to improve the quality of their lives through goods and services provided. Exchange earnings provide dividends to support military morale, welfare and recreation programs. The Exchange is part of the Defense Department and is directed by a board of directors, responsible to the secretaries of the Army and Air Force through the Chiefs of Staff.
