Blood, Sweat and Stairs

A 3rd Annual Blood, Sweat and Stairs participant grabs kettlebells at the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, during the competition, Oct. 15, 2016. Competitors had to complete various physical challenges during the course to include running up and down flights of stairs, pushups and rope pulling a fire hose. The competition is held each year to honor the first responders of 9/11, however the 312th TRS rescheduled it this year due to bad weather.
