7/12/2012 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- This is an advance notice that the 12E5 (SSgt) promotion cycle results will be publicly released on Aug. 2, 8 a.m. CDT or 1 p.m. Zulu. There will be no advance notification to MPSs or Senior Raters. Release instructions and guidance will be released to the field the week of July 16 to include: instructions for PERSCO teams, guidance on release procedures, and links to websites and the Virtual Enlisted Promotion Release application. 7/19/2012 2:37:40 AM ET It states PUBLICLY RELEASED which means it will be visible to everyone on aug. 2 at 8 a.m. So yes you will know if you made it on the 2nd. hope this helps
