8/10/2012 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- -- Hispanic heritage month is slated to be celebrated Sept.15 through Oct. 15 . The Hispanic heritage committee is holding an essay contest on Hispanic heritage. The essay should be about what celebrating Hispanic heritage means to you how you benefit from it. The essays will be judged and the winning article will be published on the Goodfellow web site. Participants should submit their 500 word essay to Staff Sgt. Gerardo Alvarez or Maria Dossey by Aug. 17.
