8/28/2012 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas  -- The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is delivering increased selection, savings and service with its "Shuttle Program."

To ensure military Families living and working near Goodfellow AAFES enjoy the same selection as those at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas AAFES, merchandise can be shuttled in based on specific customer requests.

Everything from furniture to tactical gear can be transferred through the "Shuttle Program," meaning shoppers everywhere are guaranteed the largest possible selection of competitively-priced goods.

"If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask a manager if it can be brought in from another location," said Mrs. Sue Roy, AAFES general manager. "If another nearby AAFES stocks it, chances are we'll be able to get it to the closest AAFES."

To use the program, shoppers can go to any AAFES Customer Service area and ask to speak to a manager. After recording the request and checking availability, shoppers will be advised of a projected arrival date.

The "Shuttle Program" is a free service at all AAFES, Troop Stores and Expresses around the world.
