9/11/2012 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- -- The following are the Article 15 and Discharge Actions for the 17th Training Wing during August 2012.
A 311th Training Squadron Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for underage drinking and for violating a general regulation. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended and a reprimand.
A 316th Training Squadron Airman Basic received non-judicial punishment for underage drinking. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $745.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 316th TRS Airman Basic received non-judicial punishment for underage drinking. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $745.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 316th TRS Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for engaging in sexual activities in public. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $400.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 316th TRS Airman Basic received non-judicial punishment for engaging in sexual activities in public. Punishment consisted of forfeiture of $350.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 314th Training Squadron Airman received non-judicial punishment for assault and for drunk and disorderly conduct. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, forfeiture of $745.00 pay for two months with one month suspended and a reprimand.
A 316th TRS Airman received non-judicial punishment for providing alcohol to a minor. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, forfeiture of $745.00 pay for two months, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 315 Training Squadron Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for developing an unprofessional relationship with an instructor and for making a false official statement. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $350.00 pay for two months with one month suspended and a reprimand.
In August 2012, eighteen 17th Training Wing Airmen were discharged. One Airman from 311th TRS for conditions that interfere with military service, three Airmen from 316th TRS for fraudulent enlistment, two Airmen from 311th TRS, two Airmen from 314th TRS, one Airman from 315th TRS, and three Airmen from 316th TRS for unsatisfactory performance; one Airman from 316th TRS for failure in alcohol abuse treatment, four Airmen from 316th TRS for minor disciplinary infractions, and one Airman from 314th TRS for drug abuse.
