10/5/2012 - GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The following are the Article 15 and Discharge Actions for the 17th Training Wing during September 2012.
A 316th Training Squadron Airman received non-judicial punishment for failure to go. Punishment consisted of suspended reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, forfeiture of $400.00 pay per month for one month, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 314th Training Squadron Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for drunken driving, otherwise drunk and discredit to service. Punishment consisted of reduction to Airman Basic, suspended forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.
A 316th TRS Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for violating a general order and willful dereliction of duty. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months with one month suspended, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 314th TRS Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for willful dereliction of duty. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.
A 316 TRS Airman 1st Class received non-judicial punishment for willful dereliction of duty. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $500.00 pay for two months, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.
A 17th Security Forces Squadron Senior Airman received non-judicial punishment for damage, destroy, or lose military property over $500. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of Airman 1st Class and a reprimand.
In September 2012, seven 17th Training Wing Airmen were discharged: one 312th TRS Airman for entry level performance, two 316th TRS Airmen for minor disciplinary infractions, one 311th TRS Airman for unsatisfactory performance, one 311th TRS Airman for conditions that interfere with military service and two 314th TRS Airmen for unsatisfactory performance.
