New dorm opens with ribbon cutting ceremony

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. Mark Damiano, 17th Training Wing Commander, and other wing and community leaders, mark the grand opening of a new 200-room dormitory here during a ribbon cutting ceremony June 29.
