GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Col. David Rearick, 17th Training Wing Vice Commander, and Capt. GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – The Schulte family, close friends, and command and wing leadership attend a building dedication ceremony April 29 which named building 525 Schulte Hall in honor of fallen ISR Warrior 1st Lt.
