17th Mission Support Group welcomes new commander

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE, Texas --  

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – The 17th Mission Support Group conducted an assumption of command ceremony at the Powell Event Center Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, July 5.

Timothy Dalby, 17th Mission Support Group commander, upon assuming command during the assumption of command ceremony at the Powell Event Center, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, July 5, 2023. The mission of the 17th MSG is to lay the foundation for executing the training mission and taking care of service members. 17th Mission Support Group welcomes new commander

The 17th MSG welcomed incoming commander, Col. Timothy Dalby. Dalby was previously a command engineer at Headquarters 7th Air Force, Osan Air Base, Korea.

The 17th MSG provides installation support and services necessary to train, develop, and inspire the future force.
