The Goodfellow AFB Chapel's Catholic Community will have its Lenten Soup 'n Stations on the Fridays in Lent at 6 p.m. at the Base Chapel.
The Fridays in Lent are: March 9, March 16, March 23 and March 30.

HOUSING MANAGEMENT OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS CHANGE
Effective Feb. 15, Housing Management Office (Bldg 246) customer service hours will be: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information call (325) 654-5539.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRESENTATION ON TRANSITION
The Airman and Family Readiness Center is sponsoring a once-a-year lecture regarding transition here at Goodfellow AFB. It will be presented by The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), and is entitled "Marketing Yourself for a Second Career".
Date/ Time: March 23, 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Additional Info: The presentation is geared toward officers and senior enlisted, but those of all ranks are warmly welcomed. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend as well. All who attend will receive a free copy of the lecture's companion book, also titled "Marketing Yourself for a Second Career." It is an in-depth, all-in-one resource for the transition process.
BASE IN-PROCESSING FOR PRIOR SERVICE STUDENTS, OFFICER STUDENTS AND PERMANENT PARTY
Upon PCS arrival to Goodfellow AFB, your first stop will be the Military Personnel Section (bldg 430/first floor) for base in-processing.
Base in-processing hours are 9 to 11 a.m., Monday-Friday.
If you arrive at Goodfellow AFB after 11 a.m., you must report to MPS the following duty day.
You are required to bring 3 copies of your PCS orders and military ID.
DEERS/ID CARD APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
"Effective March 12 the Military Personnel Section (bldg 430/ first floor) DEERS section will implement anappointment system for customers.
Walk-in hours will be 8 to 11 a.m. and 'appointments only' are from noon to 4 p.m. will be . To schedule an appointment customers need to call the DEERS sections at (325) 654-1801 or 1802 or DSN 477-1801 or 1802.
