GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. William Golladay, 17th Training Wing Vice Commander, provides opening remarks at the Jacobson Memorial March here Sept. 28. The march was in honor of security forces member Airman 1st Class Elizabeth Jacobson, and marked the sixth anniversary of her death.
