Community and GAFB agree to three partnership initiative
SAN ANGELO, Texas--Lt. Col. Kurt E. Muller, 17th Civil Engineer Squadron Commander, observes Lt. Col. Derek R. Ferland, 312th Training Squadron Commander, signing one of four original copies of the memorandum of understanding at the Angelo State University’s Houston Harte Center June 12. The MOU allows Tom Green County officials to participate in training as well as utilize facilities on base involving emergency management.
