BIG SPRING, Texas- Army Command Sgt. Maj. Matt Coppi, 344th Military Intelligence Battalion command sergeant major, presents Otho Henry, World War II Army veteran, with a coin for his 100th birthday at the West Texas Veterans’ Affairs Health Care System Facility Aug. 23.
