Our Mission:

We are in charge of serving 28 counties and over 36,000 square miles of central Texas.. Our main mission is to perform full military honored funerals for veterans, retirees and active duty Air Force members. We also provide colors details at various base events to include: retirement, award and change of command ceremonies, and multiple off base events including parades and flag folding demonstrations. Furthermore, we work closely with the Joint Service Color Guard in which we have the opportunity to present colors at major venues and parades.

We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a high caliber team, not only to represent the 17th Training Wing, but be the faces of Goodfellow. Honor Guard members' time and dedication to the team will undoubtedly separate them from their peers as the best of the best. In return, they will be able to compete for monthly, quarterly and early awards within the Honor Guard and possibly earn an Air Force Achievement Medal.
