Sexual Misconduct Disciplinary Actions – December 2023 to January 2024
Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ - An Airman touched the buttocks of another member without their consent. The Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $958 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

Sexual Misconduct Disciplinary Actions – April to May 2024
Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ - An Airman Basic sexually assaulted another member by committing a penetrative sexual act without the victim’s consent. The Airman Basic was found guilty by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to two and a half years of confinement, a dishonorable discharge, total forfeiture of pay and allowance, and a reprimand.
