Due to inclement weather and road conditions Goodfellow AFB is currently mission essential personnel only, programs events and activities are cancelled. The Western Winds dining facility remains open.

Mission: Assist commanders in resolving problems that affect the general welfare and morale of personnel assigned to Goodfellow AFB and GSUs. This includes addressing and resolving personal complaints; fraud, waste, and abuse complaints; and Congressional Inquiries in a timely and effective manner and train all wing personnel on the IG process.

Vision: Provide every member of the 17th Training Wing access to a responsive complaints system, ensuring fair and expeditious resolution of all complaints.

Philosophy: Each complaint is unique and important.
