TOM GREEN COUNTY LIBRARY - KANOPY FILM STREAMING SERVICE
The on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is now available for free through the library’s website. Library card holders can access Kanopy and sign up by visiting tgclibrary.kanopy.com after downloading the app. Go to any of the three TGC Library locations with a picture ID and a piece of mail received at your current address.
BASE IN PROCESSING FOR PRIOR SERVICE STUDENTS, OFFICER STUDENTS AND PERMANENT PARTY
Your first stop is the military personnel section, Norma Brown building 430, room 128, for in processing, 9 to 11 a.m., Monday to Friday. If you arrive after 11 a.m., report to MPS the following duty day. Bring three copies of your PCS orders and military ID.

WING HONOR GUARD IS RECRUITING

ASU SCHOLARSHIP COVERS TA COST DIFFERENCE
Angelo State University offers a scholarship to active duty military who apply for Tuition Assistance to cover the cost difference between what military covers and their cost of tuition and fees. For more information, call 325-486-VETS (8387).
GOODFELLOW FOREIGN NATIONAL VISITATION POLICY
Installation access control procedures require identity proofing and vetting for non-U.S. citizens and non-U.S. permanent resident aliens not on official visits. All foreign visitors, not on official visits, must be identity proofed, vetted and have a visitor pass to gain access to installations. Visitor's sponsor must complete a Foreign Visitor Access Request memo a minimum of seven days prior to the visit. PASSPORTS FOR OFFICIAL TRAVEL
No-fee passport applications are processed at the military personnel section, Norma Brown building 430, room 128, by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 325-654-1801 or 1802.
WING IG OFFICE

CLEP AND DSST TESTS
The Wayland Baptist University National Test Center will offer both CLEP and DSST tests 5 p.m., Wednesdays, and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Thursdays. To schedule a test, call the Education Center customer service desk at 325-654-3314.
FINANCIAL COACHING SERVICES FOR VETERANS FREE OF CHARGE
Free Financial Coaching sessions provided by an Accredited Financial Counselor in one-on-one sessions. Includes: create or maintain monthly budgets, saving for emergencies and retirement, buying a home or car and providing security for their family. For more information, call 325-653-2321.

GSC THRIFT STORE
The Goodfellow Spouses and Community Thrift store hours are Saturdays from 10 AM – 1 PM and Sundays from 2 PM-4 PM.

RESPITE CHILD CARE HELPS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN
