Goodfellow Base – Easter Eggstravaganza

Details: The Eggstravaganza is from 9:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. on March 23. We will have carnival games, 4 different aged egg hunts, cookie decorating, craft tables and an Easter Bunny photo op. Volunteers are needed to help set up from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m., assist with carnival games or egg hunts from 9:30am to 11:30am; and then help packing up and putting it all away from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Civilian (Non-Law Enforcement) First Responders Volunteer Unit

What volunteers are needed to do: On-scene assistance at a crime or accident scene 24 hours per day. Explain and assist with application for Emergency Protective Order, in cases of family or dating violence, sexual assault and stalking (must be done before--suspect is arraigned by magistrate). Get victims to a safe location with assistance of law enforcement, offer referral sources to victims to appropriate area agencies for: housing, medical, transportation, food, utilities, clothing, etc. Volunteers can choose their own on-call shifts based on their personal schedule.
