GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Robert Taylor, Jr., speaks during the dedication ceremony of the base chapel named in honor of his father Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Robert Taylor Feb. 24. Chaplain Taylor entered military service in September 1940 and survived 42 months in Japanese prison camps, later going on to serve as a chaplain for an additional 20 years.
