A donor's blood

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- An Airman from the 17th Training Wing relaxes his hand while giving blood, as the donor care specialist takes samples for testing July 26. The airman is giving a whole blood donation, which can be separated into four different parts and possibly save several patients. Goodfellow has donated more than 1,200 pints of blood so far this year to United Blood Services. For information on upcoming blood drives, call (325) 223-7500.
