LOOK OUT: Upcoming construction changes foot, vehicle traffic
GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- As the Post Office and Cressman Dining Facility undergo renovation, and construction of the Consolidated Learning Center begins, pedestrian traffic along Ft.
