To honor the fallen

Retired Army Sergeant Major Brian Waters, of the 101st Airborne Division, is overcome with emotion as he visits The Moving Wall Oct. 12. at Historic Fort Concho in San Angelo, Texas. The replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., travels to multiple cities throughout the year and has toured the country over the last twenty years.
