Wing commander participates in San Angelo parade

SAN ANGELO, Texas- Col. Kimberlee Joos (left), 17th Training Wing Commander, rides a horse in the 82nd Annual San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Parade here Feb. 22. Joos participated in the San Angelo tradition featuring floats, wagons, horses, marching bands and more from local businesses, programs and schools.
