344th MIB Spartan Race

Soldiers of the 344th Military Intelligence Battalion competed in a circuit race, between Alpha and Bravo Company, called the Spartan Race at the Mathis football field Feb. 3.


The race began at 4:45 a.m. and contained a 1.8 mile ruck march, a log carry around the track for 1 mile, body carries, 100 pullups and a Humvee drag.


Alpha company won the competition and earned a galea helmet and a broadsword.
