GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --

The 312th Training Squadron celebrated their Change of Command at Louis F. Fire Academy high bay July 10.

The 312th TRS welcomed their incoming commander, Lt. Col. Scott Cline, and thanked Lt. Col. Matthew Welling, 312th TRS commander, for his dedication and hard work.
