Ricky Mills, 17th Training Wing commander, and Dr. Cheryl Sparks, Howard College president, signed a Public-Public and Public-Private memorandum of agreement at the triannual P4 update meeting held at Judge Edd B. Keyes Building in San Angelo, Aug. 31, 2017. The agreement is for Howard College to provide English language skills, high school equivalency in Spanish and life skills training to Goodfellow employees as enrolled students.
