Photo Story - 17th annual Lights of Christmas Parade Published Dec. 5, 2017 By Airman 1st Class Randall Moose 17th Training Wing Public Affairs SAN ANGELO, Texas -- Goodfellow Air Force Base participated in the 17th annual Lights of Christmas Parade through downtown San Angelo Dec. 2. Goodfellow Joint Service Color Guard led the parade, followed shortly by Col. Ricky Mills, 17th Training Wing commander, and his wife, Megan Mills. Multiple churches, businesses, organizations, clubs and schools decorated trucks, trailers and floats for the Concho Christmas celebration.
