17th Training Wing Public Affairs:
What led you to join the military?
Honestly, it kind of runs in the family. My father and brothers all have served or are serving. I think that the commitment has meaning to it. That sacrifice, to step up and provide for the nation, is what I wanted to do. Do my due diligence and give back to the nation.
What has been the most impactful moment in your career so far?
The promotion to lance corporal was a very impactful moment for me. To realize that with rank, comes a much larger responsibility to your people.
What are your hobbies?
I would say my hobbies are swimming, running, fishing and quantum mechanics.
What do you want to accomplish during your time here at Goodfellow Air Force Base?
Graduating and becoming [military occupational specialty code] certified will be a major accomplishment.
Is there any advice or anything you would like to share?
My advice would be in the form of a quote that I have heard. “A smart man will learn from his mistakes. A wise man will learn from others,” I want to be the wise man.
