Joshua Edwards 17th Training Wing Public Affairs SAN ANGELO, Texas -- The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce hosted a luncheon that Goodfellow leadership attended at the McNease Convention Center Aug. 14. Col. Robert Ramirez, 17th Training Wing vice commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Lavor Kirkpatrick, 17th TRW command chief, both gave an introduction speech to the crowd. This is both Ramirez’s and Kirkpatrick’s third time being station at Goodfellow and both said how they were excited to be back.
