17th Force Support Squadron welcomes new director

The 17th Force Support Squadron conducted their assumption of leadership at the Event Center October 19.

Col. Jason Beck, 17th Mission Support Group commander, transferred command of the squadron to 17th FSS incoming Director, William Dowell. In a symbolic exchange of authority, Beck passed the squadron guideon to Dowell.

The 17th FSS welcomes Dowell as their new director.

The 17th FSS mission is to provide world-class personnel services, resiliency oriented Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs and education experiences to inspire mission ready Airmen and their families.

Their vision is to train, develop and inspire Force Support professionals to deliver exceptional support to the 17th Training Wing.
