SAN ANGELO, Texas --

Despite the clouds on Saturday morning, members from Goodfellow Air Force Base and the San Angelo community came out to support the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo by watching the 87th annual parade on Feb. 2. Having never been cancelled, the parade kicks off the rodeo season with participants from businesses and soon to be competitors all coming out to wave from horses, floats and cars. The rodeo will be going on from Feb. 2-17 with a Military Appreciation night on Feb. 13.
