Navy CIWT Goodfellow welcomes new Commander

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --

The Navy Center for Information Warfare Training Detachment Goodfellow held their Change of Charge ceremony here, at the Event Center, March 31.

The change of charge is a formal and distinguished ceremony, designed to show respect for incoming authority, which is vital to any military organization.

The Navy CIWT Detachment Goodfellow welcomed their incoming commander, Lt. Cmdr. Mark Wess, and thanked outgoing commander, Lt. Cmdr. John Allen, for his hard work and dedication.
