89th Annual San Angelo Rodeo Parade rides into town

SAN ANGELO, Texas --

The 89th Annual San Angelo Rodeo officially kicked off this weekend with the Rodeo Parade through downtown San Angelo, April 10.

Goodfellow Air Force Base Joint Service Color Guard led the parade on their route through the downtown area.

The parade officially signals the beginning of rodeo season with participants from businesses and soon to be competitors coming out to wave from horses, floats, trucks, wagons and cars.

Rodeo performances are April 9-24.
