Goodfellow Air Force Base Fire Department hosts 16th Annual Fire Muster Challenge

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas --

Goodfellow Fire Air Force Base Department hosted the 16th Annual Fire Muster Challenge to conclude Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 8.

The competition is a traditional morale event on Goodfellow for units to participate and compete against each other.

Four person teams compete in six activities that simulate tasks firefighters perform every day. The team that completes the course in the fastest time is crowned the winner.

The 17th Civil Engineer Squadron won the competition for this year, with a time of 4:37:00.
