GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 17th Training Wing celebrated the outstanding achievements of the base community during the Community College of the Air Force graduation, Commander’s All Call and the 3rd Quarterly Awards Ceremony at the Powell Event Center, Nov. 9.
To start the ceremony, Goodfellow honored Airmen who have reached a significant milestone in their pursuit of education.
The CCAF graduated members from the wing, these members demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth, balancing their military duties with academic pursuits.
Col. Angelina Maguinness, 17th Training Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Khamillia Washington took the floor following the graduation for the all-call. They talked about the importance of military discipline and having a united force.
Following Maguinness’ words, the ceremony shifted to quarterly awards, a tradition that honors exceptional individuals for their outstanding contributions to the 17th TRW mission.
