GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 47th Flying Training Wing from Laughlin Air Force Base hosted a memorable ceremony for Airman Leadership School Class 24-B at the Powell Event Center on Feb. 15.
Graduation marks a significant milestone in these Airmen’s lives as it’s their first step in transitioning into the role of a supervisor. The graduates celebrated their accomplishments surrounded by friends, family, leaders, and their experienced instructors.
Senior Airman Reginald Conyers, 17th Security Forces Squadron defender, delivered a class speech summarizing their experiences during ALS and thanking the leaders who helped develop them over the course.
Chief Master Sgt. Daniel Graham, 47th Operations Support Squadron senior enlisted leader, left the graduates with wisdom to take through their careers and reminded them to lean on their leaders as they navigated their new roles.
As Class 24-B sets out to assume their new leadership roles, they carry with them the legacy of those who have gone before them, and they stand as a testament to the enduring spirit of excellence within the Air Force.
