Members of Team Goodfellow shared lunch with international students from the 315th Training Squadron for the International Student Brown Bag Luncheon June 18, at the base chapel.

Team Goodfellow members learned the customs, foods and militaries of the foreign officers during the luncheon.

"The purpose of this luncheon is to bring awareness tof the different cultures here," said Yalonda Folks, International Military Student Officer Chief. "We want the students to intermingle and meet new people."

One of the dishes served, goat kabbash is a traditional Southwest Asian dish, and helped start the students' discussion about culture and food.

It was a good chance to share cultures and meet new people, said one of the international military students.

"The luncheons are a good way for our students to get involved in the community," added Folks. "It's also a good way for their sponsors to introduce them to an American way of life."
