The 17th Training Wing recognizes annual award winners

The 17th Training Wing recognized the top Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen and civilians of the year for Goodfellow AFB, during a banquet at the McNease Convention Center in San Angelo, Thursday night.

With more than 70 nominees, the annual awards program honors outstanding professionals for their significant contributions to the wing, community and mission in 20 categories.

The Team Goodfellow Awards are selected from the joint services.

The awards were presented by 17th Training Wing Vice Commander, Thomas Schmidt and 17th Training Wing Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Scott Lumpkin.
