JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas --  On Oct. 28, the Air Force Chief of Staff approved award of the Air and Space Campaign Medal to Air Force participants in support of Operation Odyssey Dawn and Operation Unified Protector.
