PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, Calif. - The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's quarterly Commander's Cup running competition was held at the Price Fitness Center track, Nov. 7. In the women's division the Navy seized first place with Marine Corps placing second. In the men's division the results were reversed as the Marine Corps placed first and the Navy second.
