Visitor Control Center closure Published July 2, 2012 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Visitor Control Center, Building. 3005, will be closed on July 4 and 5. Passes will be issued at Jacobson Gate during this time. The VCC will reopen on Friday, July 6, for normal operations. Normal operating hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
