Top 3 Leadership Award submission Published April 19, 2012 By 17th Training Wing Public Affairs GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Top 3 Leadership award is to recognize E-5's and E-6's who positively influence their peers and junior enlisted to impact their unit, Wing, community and service through the use of their leadership abilities. Recipients must exhibit professional behavior, military bearing, respect for authority, and the highest standards of dress and appearance. Nominees must have fulfilled one portion of their primary purpose of being a skilled technician. This portion of their primary purpose will not be used in the award package. It will be entrusted upon the nominating individual to ensure compliance prior to the nomination. These are the guidelines for submissions: * Ensure AF Form 1206, IMT Version 5 is being used * Heading: "Leadership and Airman Development" * Will consist of five lines in bullet format * Will cover only accomplishments during March 2012 * Will be due to the POC NLT April 29 at midnight. * Winner will get a Top-3 coin and certificate. * Use the Legend for acronyms This is open to all services.
