FY 13 First Term Airman Retraining Quota Release Published April 18, 2012 17th Force Support Squadron GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Air Force is pleased to announce the release of 1,756 FY13 CAREERS retraining quotas. CAREERS retraining allows First Term Airmen to retrain into skills where a shortage exists.
