Base in-processing hours are 9 to 11 a.m., Monday-Friday. If you arrive at Goodfellow AFB after 11 a.m., you must report to MPS the following duty day. You are required to bring 3 copies of your PCS orders and military ID. DEERS/ID CARD APPOINTMENT SYSTEM "Effective today the Military Personnel Section (bldg 430/ first floor) DEERS section will implement anappointment system for customers.
