17TRW's newest Senior Master Sergeants Published March 12, 2012 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- -- The Air Force announced promotions to Senior Master Sergeant March 8. Nine outstanding Master Sergeants were selected from the 17th Training Wing. Tarah Baxley 17th Force Support Squadron Scott Dickson 316th Training Squadron Timothy Doerr 314th Training Squadron Steven Hall 311th Training Squadron Brian Mailloux 17th Comptroller Squadron Justin Needle 314th Training Squadron Carol Sligh 314th Training Squadron Ira White 316th Training Squadron Richard Woodward 17th Contracting Squadron They are joining an elite group of Airmen leaders. Of the nearly 264,000 Airmen in the enlisted force, only the top three percent are promoted to the grade of E-8.
