It will be presented by The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), and is entitled "Marketing Yourself for a Second Career". BASE IN-PROCESSING FOR PRIOR SERVICE STUDENTS, OFFICER STUDENTS AND PERMANENT PARTY Upon PCS arrival to Goodfellow AFB, your first stop will be the Military Personnel Section (bldg 430/first floor) for base in-processing. Base in-processing hours are 9 to 11 a.m., Monday-Friday. If you arrive at Goodfellow AFB after 11 a.m., you must report to MPS the following duty day. You are required to bring 3 copies of your PCS orders and military ID.
