VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

POW/MIA VIGIL - Sept. 16-17
Responsibilities: Read the names of service members still unaccounted for from the Vietnam War and subsequest conflicts.
Date/Time: Sept. 16 at 8:30 a.m. to Sept. 17 at 10 a.m.
Location: POW/MIA/Medal of Honor memorial across the street from Valor Inn

One-hour shift with 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off for that hour.

KEEP SAN ANGELO BEAUTIFUL
- Sept. 17
Responsibilities: Dig post holes, mix cement and set up fence panels.

22nd ANNUAL BULLDOG RUN - Sept. 17
Responsibilities: Set-up, tear-down, race stations, water stations, bike safety ride-alongs, registration and time keepers.
Date/Time: Sept. 17 from 6:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.

SAN ANGELO STATE PARK QUARTERLY TRAIN MAINTENANCE - Sept. 17
Responsibilities: Clean trails and trim shrubs.

WALK TO END ALZHEIMER'S - Sept. 24
Responsibilities: Set-up, registration, team captains and planning.

ADACCV LET IT GO - Sept. 24
Responsibilities: Fill balloons with helium and assist with balloon release.

BULLDOG CAR, TRUCK AND BIKE SHOW - Oct. 8
Responsibilities: Food preparation, challenge stations, parking, water stations, set-up, tear-down, registration and traffic direction.

TOM GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF'S CRISIS INTERVENTION UNIT - October
Responsibilities: Train for and serve as on-scene responders.
Date/Time: Classes start Oct. 1 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and continue each Saturday for six weeks

SAN ANGELO STORM ELITE BASKETBALL CLUB - October
Responsibilities:  Coach boys or girls basketball team.  Age groups: 12 and younger, 10 and younger, and eight and younger.
