Congratulations: 50 get selected for staff sergeant promotion Published Aug. 5, 2011 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Fifty 17th Training Wing senior airmen, here and at the Presidio of Monterey, Calif., were among those selected for promotion to staff sergeant. Carter The average score was 275.56, and was based on: 131.68 for enlisted performance reports, 0.96 for decorations, 63.49 for the promotion fitness examination and 56.66 for the specialty knowledge test. The average time in grade and time in service was 1.88 years and 4.44 years, respectively. Those selected for staff sergeant will be promoted according to their promotion sequence number beginning in September.
